I would like to express my views about the talent of an exceptional artist.
　　There are people today that we respect because of their social rank, others for their strength and some for the power they exert in their day-to-day life. But it’s not for any of these reasons that I hold the highest respect for the person in question. This person deserves respect for his talent. There are many types of artists around us today. Some of which accomplish one thing that is great. A few manage to do many great things that are remarkable. But rarely do we see someone who succeeds in all that they do; this is exceptional.
　　Not that I have seen and studied all of his work, but upon my first meeting with him, I recognized a genuine artist having the natural instinct to rise to any challenge. He’s an artist that enjoys setting his own limits. This artist is Cui Zimo.
　　What do the great artists have in common that we learn about in history like Leonardo da Vinci,  Michelangelo, or more recently, Picasso, Salvador Dali and even Andy Warhol? They were all great communicators and unanimously had the gift to emphasize their creativity.
　　In China I met an artist that possesses these rare qualities that match the trademark of a master. Sure, the artwork speaks for the artist, but let me tell you about CuiZimo. He’s a painter, a calligrapher, a philosopher, an engineer, a teacher, and the list goes on. There’s no doubt in my mind that he could be one of the best diplomats or among the best politicians of his country.  He is among those that understand and utilizes the environment around him and interprets it as he sees it. Wisdom is on his side and watches over him.
　　I can’t help but be constructive and supportive for someone as such. Excellence is the enemy of mediocrity; the one that bears excellence doesn’t dwell on the pain of their effort but instead aims higher.
　　It’s through the spontaneity and discipline of CuiZimo’s work that I recognized his unique artistic qualities. He is one of the rare artists that I want to keep my eye on, anxious to see his work evolve in the years to come. There is one truth that all artists cannot escape: the day they leave us, it is only their work that stays behind and speaks for them. I therefore, wish him the best that life has to offer and that his cultural heritage is seen through his work along with riches and pleasure for generations to come.

　　在此我谨抒己见，向一位特殊的天才艺术家。
　　对于当今一些人而言，我们尊重他们是因为他们的社会地位，而非其实际能力以及对日常生活所产生的影响。但在这里，我对这样一个人产生崇高的敬意，并非出于任何一些其他因素。这个人因为富有天才，值得尊重。在今天，我们周围存在着各式各样的艺术家。有的只能做一件重要的事，有的则能尽力完成很多事情。然而我们很少能看到有人做什么成什么，这便是“特别”。
　　虽然说我没有看到并研究完他的所有作品，可是在我第一次与他见面时，我就认识到他是一位真正的艺术家，有着一种自然的本能，来迎接任何挑战。他是这样一位艺术家，喜欢不断打破局限，他就是崔自默。
　　从艺术史上的杰出艺术家身上，比如达芬奇、米开朗基罗，或者更近一些的毕加索、达利甚至安迪沃霍尔，我们可以发现一些怎样的共性呢？那就是他们都是伟大的传播者，他们都一致地展现着自己的创造力。
　　在中国，我遇到了一位艺术家，他拥有着这些难得的素质，堪称大师这一名号。他的艺术作品当然可以说明问题，但我还是愿意在此谈一谈他。他是画家、书法家，是哲学家、工程师、教师，还可以列举下去，此外在我看来，在他的国家他毫无疑问可以成为一名最好的外交官或者政治家。他是那种善于理解并利用周围条件的人，并能给出合理地阐释。他很智慧，并善用其智。
　　对这样的人物，我只能给以极力的支持。卓越是平庸的大敌；一位拥有了卓越的人物，不会沉溺于努力的痛苦，而是会走向更高的目标。
　　透过他作品的原创性和秩序性，我发现了他独特的艺术气质。他是一位罕见的艺术家，我会一直关注他，急切地看到他工作的新进展。有一个事实是所有艺术家都无法逃避的，那就是终有一天他们会离开我们，也只有他们的作品会永远留下来，替他们继续说话。因此，我希望子孙后代在通过享受其作品的财富与快乐之同时，欣赏他的艺术生活与文化精神。
